An Asian Gastropub Experience!
Cultural arts is essential to the Brady Street community, and food is the best representation of the commitment that Brady Street has made to satisfy the need to be an inclusive community. Gastropubs make a great restaurant-model for patrons looking for a great bar experience with good food, and Easy Tyger has adapted the concept, but with a twist! That is, Easy Tyger brings some serious culinary talents by creating their dishes with broths, spices, and fresh ingredients. Gastropubs are simply bars at heart, and Easy Tyger has created a very pleasurable experience by offering the best signature cocktails (Lemongrass) in the area, and this restaurant is a perfect opportunity to meet with friends for amazing drinks! Furthermore, Easy Tyger offers a great food menu, and they are able to differentiate themselves from traditional gastropubs by creating Asian-inspired dishes that are light fare, but extremely flavorful and fun! Moreover, the menu is refreshing, and many of the options on the menu are exciting to try, especially if it’s your first time, and the menu with really impress you, too!
Some menu options that caught my immediate attention, include; Bao buns with beef brisket, served with spicy mayo, daikon, cucumber kimchi pickles; Brussels (one of the best apps on Brady Street) are served with gochujang vinaigrette, cashews, herbs and raisins, and grated parmesan cheese; A house salad served with fresh greens and a ginger sesame dressing; Miso soup served with chicken broth, scallions, pork belly, and a soft egg, the menu is just too good!
One of the most impressive aspects [of any business] is being able to deliver a superior product and Easy Tyger does this! Easy Tyger, is an amazing ‘change of pace’ experience within the Brady Street food scene, and a great location to visit - a location that will put you in the heart of Brady Street!
I’m thinking Dorsia!
Everything you love about boutique and food; the randomness and purchasing power of an excellent menu and wine list is the most essential aspect to becoming a super power of a restaurant, in a predominately food crazy neighborhood. This restaurant is sexy, and the most appealing experience you will get on Brady Street. Offering one of the best views of Brady Street via outdoor patio dining, you will experience epic sunsets, all over amazing pasta dishes and house pinot grigio.
This location is unique because the product is purely spectacular; and the entire experience caters to a spectacular date night or casual night out - you are guaranteed an upscale experience, with feelings of living dangerously for the evening (with your wallet) and an above-satisfactory food experience. Moreover, Dorsia has magnificent bottles of wine, such as; Caymus (Napa Valley) and Juggernaut (Russian River Valley) and house wines! Out of all the restaurants on Brady Street, Dorisa is the best at satisfying your food palette.
Let’s Get Twisted!
Plant-based menu options have been quite the talk of the town. Moreover, there is a growing popularity for plant-based burgers, and within social groups concerning food experiences. What is the answer?…Simply, it taste so damn good! Regardless of consistency of plant-based items covering an entire menu, I can assure you - Twisted Plants is one of the best restaurants on Brady Street, and it is by far the best location for an afternoon lunch, quick bite, or casual date. Twisted Plants has a competitive advantage over many restaurants in the city of Milwaukee [how they deliver their product] because it is located on the same block of many other fast-growing , and thriving businesses, and those businesses help bring the people. Twisted Plants feeds everyone, and their customers are more diverse than one would think, and when it comes to accommodating the neighborhood, Twisted Plants offers afternoon and late-night hours.
Bar crawlers are lucky to be able to stumbled out of any bar on Brady Street, wobble their way down the sidewalk of Brady Street, and coincidentally discover Twisted Plants on a whim. What’s this? It’s an experience! The food is amazing and the strawberry lemonade is one of the most refreshing drinks you will find on Brady Street. Furthermore, Twisted Plants offers a very artistic approach to the dining experience by exhibiting very unique and talented art decor. That is, murals, posters, and canvas art provide an aggressive (in a good way) approach to your Brady Street experience. It’s raw and it’s beautiful. The Pineapple Express burger is on par with being one of the best menu items and one of the best burgers on Brady Street. Personally, I could easily replace any burger in the neighborhood with the Pineapple Express; a flavorful masterpiece, served with intent to provide a healthier way of consuming food.
